Would it be a good idea to get Travel insurance for my first month in Korea?

I'll be working at a public school, but I have heard that it can take a few weeks for the National health insurance to commence.

it commences from the day you begin working, but it does take a few weeks to get the booklet and registered in the computer system.

If you have to go to the hospital/pharmacy before that, you'll have to pay 100% up front, but once you get the booklet, you can go back and get the covered amount refunded.
