On my most recent plane trip, my Sennheisers got broken. I had them plugged into the jack in the armrest and they were very forcefully ripped out while letting someone by. The metal plug was pulled clean off of the rest of the headphones. Nothing looks too terribly damaged, and I have both pieces. I'm hoping it'll be a simple matter of soldering the plug back on.

1) Can I get these repaired?
2) If so, where?
3) How much should I expect to pay?
4) Will I notice a drop in sound quality?

I feel for you. I recently dropped my Shure's and the left channel sometimes acts up now.

I'd say you're best bet is to contact an authorized Sennheiser dealer and start there. Here is a website for Korea: http://www.sennheiser.com/sennheiser/home_en.nsf/root/0service-partner?Open&country=Korea

With a soldering iron and a bit of trial and error, you could probably do it yourself.

I've re-soldered headphones jacks quite a few times over the years......it can be extremely fiddly, but doable.
