Does anyone know of any good on line weight lifting sites in Korea
I wanted to buy a pair of 1.25 kilo plates.I tries to order them thru AMAZON ,but they cant deliver that product to korea |

I'm in the same situation.
Is this for micro loading, specifically for the press and bench? Lowest weight seems to be 2.5 kg which means you have to make 11 pound jumps each session.
I guess we could always go to a hardware store and get 2 inch washers. |

I never thought of hte 2 inch washer-hav u ever tried it?
Did u have to get someone to drill a bigger hole? |

I think he's looking for plates with 2 inch centers.
I used heavy collars. The gym I use(wife's school's boxing gym, it's free, lucky me) has heavy collars about a kg. I used those instead of plates.

For general all round Bodybuilding info / forum / links etc this is the best I ever found. Pretty much teenager / troll free and lots of sensible, no frills, no fads, no magic bullet sort of advice and info.
