Hello all,

I can't afford some of the nice gyms in my neighborhood 'cause I don't know Korean and my finance status does not allow me Sad

I'm just looking for some basic stuff. Pull up bar, resistance bands, maybe some free weights and other stuffs.

Does anyone has free stuffs that can share with me or show me some places I can shop with cheap price for those kind of things? ^^

Many thanks, guys!!!

Try the Insanity workout. Don't need any equipment. Get ripped in a couple months and graduate to another series such as P90X.

Download the videos online.

Of course, when you are working out, you always should be knowledgable about the added nutrition side of exercise and its expense.

Check out Gmarket...it's cheap and delivers within 2 days Smile

I bought a chin up bar, exercise band and yoga mat to work out to the P90x workout videos.

Here's the chin up bar I bought:

Hope this helps!!

Ask around for gyms and you may be able to find one closer to your price range. Mine's 50,000won a month which is a steal compared to gym memberships back home.

Gmarket is a great for window shopping while deskwaming.

My gym costs 80k for 3 months if you pay cash. I also get a free locker. Try shopping around a bit. Homeplus also sells weights, mats, and bands.
