Foreigners who want medical services but are not able to contact the appropriate facilities due to language barriers can easily receive medical attention by dialing 010-4769-8212 or 010-8750-8212. Volunteers are available all day to receive phone calls and consult callers in English. After hearing the symptoms, the consultant refers callers to the appropriate medical services.

Seoul Help Center's other services for foreigners will be further enhanced from early May. SHC will provide an English language help line at (02) 797-8212, through which volunteer staff give general medical information and consult callers about their physical condition on weekdays from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
