I need to send my apostilled diploma to Korea, this will make the second set of documents I have had to send. The first time I went with FedEx and they got the documents there in two days for 69 bucks. Is this the best option? Is USPS reliable?

Also, I've considered getting some extra winter clothes shipped over after I leave, what is the best way to send these if I am not in a hurry? Can you send by boat?

Thanks in advance for the advice,
Stephen

USPS indeed works just fine (but a bit slower than FEDEX). It may take a week instead of 2-3 days. Use their priority service for tracking if you worry about it.

I made the mistake of sending my first set of docs by FEDEX for a stunning $71 or something. Wow.

I've used USPS the last two times and have had nearly the exact same service for $29.

Some recruiters and stuff ask to ship Fed ex or DHL so you can track it but USPS tracks it just the same. Guaranteed delivery on a specific date. Two weeks ago I mailed on Thursday with a guaranteed delivery of Tuesday (Korea, Monday in the US) and it was delivered on time with me tracking it the whole way.
