| Is there a list of acceptable Universities for an E2 visa? I ask because my gf has a bachelor's degree from...ugh.. University of Phoenix. I'm wondering if that counts. |

| According to their website, they are nationally accredited, so she's good as long as she has a diploma and transcripts. |
