Depends on WHERE it is going to and which airmail service you are using.

Rates are posted on the website.

http://kpn.koreapost.go.kr/eng/sub/subpage.jsp?contId=e1010601 for the zones (which determine the costs).

http://kpn.koreapost.go.kr/eng/sub/subpage.jsp?contId=e1010605 rates by zone and type of service (air parcel, surface or SAL).

EMS is on another set of links but they allow heavier and larger sizes than parcel services.

Is there no more surface mail from Korea to the US? The chart you linked has prices for only zones 1-4 and no price for the US (which is a special zone unto itself and not numbered)

I think US Post Office no longer offers surface shipping.

Try www.shipnex.com

Click on, "The international parcel service," and scroll down to the 2nd list for surface parcels showing 20kg for 48,000 won. If you want a larger box, there's a #6 available.

The US (including Hawaii and Alaska) are zone 3 (part of north America) along with Canada.
