So we usually get paid on the 24th, but Chuseok is super-long this year. Anyone know when we get paid exactly?

Not 100% sure, but seeing as the 24th is not technically a holiday, my guess is that we will be paid on the 24th as usual.

Depends on your school, I actually got paid today. I guess the poor sods in the school financal office didn't get the day off.

If that's true, be nice to them. When you go back to school, give them a gift for being nice to you. Maybe something like a pie from Costco or E-Mart or just a box of Chocopies you spread around the office. No matter what you choose, make sure they know it's from you. It may help you in the future.

Sure, Koreans don't usually do that in the workplace, but dare to be NICE. It can pay dividends and the nice Korean people in your school will appreciate it. Just some advice from me.
