I have booked and purchased a cebu pacific flight online. Downloaded a purchase reciept with the itenary and a number on it.

Is that what you take to the airport or do you have to go to the cebu pacific travel agent to get a ticket printed up.

Just checking as I have used a number and printout before with an airline to travel before, but not Cebu.

Just curious what people say. Tried contacting the office, their response isnt so great and some of you seem to be regular travellers on the airline.

Yes, it's an e-ticket so show the ticket and your passport (and residence card) to the check-in agent. I've flown Cebu Pacific Air before with no problems but then again, I haven't tried to change flights or times.

i have flown them lots of times and never had a problem.

take your confirmation number and passport to the airport.

a few times i just had my passport and they looked up my name on the flight no problem as it matched what i had booked on their website.

it is possible to get customer service on the phone in manila but it was extremely difficult.

Thanks for that info.

Its good to know. That was my only real concern.

A month from now, I will be parked up on a poolside chair enjoying the heat. Using the aircon when it gets too hot, and cooking up a nice meal when I am not heading to the nearest restaurant.

I cant wait. The cold mornings make it hard to get up in the morning.

Just checking that I can get a visa on arrival?

I did it before, then extended it after 2 weeks.

Just checking there are no major changes that anyone has heard of.

Yep, you get 21 days visa-free and then you can stay another 38 days after extending the visa for like 3,000 pesos.

Cebu are notorious for being late! When departing Manilla book into the lounge, it costs $12 and has all you can eat and drink...this will ease the DELAY. The nice girls will call you just before the plane takes off.

Their site claims 80-90% on time flights. Is that BS?

My flight to Cebu was delayed at Incheon for good reason; a hurricane.
