| This is my first month getting paid. I work in a after school program, at a public school. My contract says I get pension, medical, etc. I only had about 60$ taken out of my check. I have seen some figure on here and I think it should be closer to 8% of my total pay. I mean, I am not complaining about making more money than I thought I would, but I want to make sure I have medical and pension being taken out. I get direct deposit, so I can't see the breakdown. I asked a teacher about it and she said something about how taxes are really low here, etc. Can anyone shed some light? |

| DEMAND you receive a pay stub either in person or by email. Then tell us what on it. |

Did you get paid for a full month? This seems like a rather odd time to be posting about getting paid. September still has a week.
You started mid-August? Seems like you would only have been paid for August, and they will carryover September pay when the month is finished. |
