| Perfectly legal here. There's a cigar shop called Maska's in the lobby of the JW Marriot hotel at Seoul Express Bus Terminal that has a nice selection. You can also find them in the Hamilton Hotel Shopping Center in Itaewon, as well as Gecko's and perhaps some other bars and restaurants in Itae. |
