Anyone know where to get rennet, citric acid and other cheesemaking stuff here? I'm interested to try making my own cheese. |

I've got 90 or so vegetable-based rennet tablets in my freezer. I'd planned on making a lot of cheese this year, but have only done it a few times. Would you be interested in buying some of them? |

There's one guy on Gmarket who sells rennet. His products work fine and I've had no problems with them. |

NYC gal: how much are you thinking of selling them for?
I looked on gmarket and when I searched for rennet or 레닛 I only got one hit: a pair of shoes.
Edit: Searched again and mysteriously found rennet now. |

I've only made cottage cheese (a good friend mails me cheese every couple of months) but have had no problem.
I do a lot of cooking, to be honest, and have never had any trouble finding space. I use my kitchen table if the counter isn't spacious enough.
I'm in Incheon. Where are you located?
Oh! You can also make farmer's cheese (paneer) with vinegar, if you've got milk that's going to turn that you don't want to waste. It makes a great substitute for ricotta, and is great in blintzes. |

Amazing. I've looked up recipes for block cheeses and they seem rather complicated, but paneer and cottage cheese and other soft stuff might be good to try starting with.
I'm in Seoul. Dyou make it downtown very often? If not, I can make a trip sometime in the next month. |

I'm in Seoul too, but still interested to know how much you're selling it for. If it's cheaper than gmarket, I'll buy it from you, otherwise I'll just order it online. |

I lived in Oregon with my sister for a few months and she has her own goats that she milks. We made lots of cheese. She buys her rennet and other stuff online. I'll get the web addresses for you. |
