typical hbc fest, lots of bad bands, loud noise, streets crowded with young drunks acting stupid, cops trying to keep the traffic moving, lots of trash out there this morning. when i was down there last night there seemed to be fewer people in past years
at least the cops weren't hostile as in past years, looks like the bars and the gu/dong office has worked things out. problem is its gotten too big for the neighborhood |
