notarised transcripts MA BA or both needed?

I don't want to pay anymore than I have to so do I need to notarise my MA or can I just notarise the BA? for the E2 visa

For an E2 you only need the apostille (or K-consulate certification) on the BA.

Your MA is irrelevant as far as immigration is concerned and legalization (apostille, notarization, embassy certification) is NOT required for it.
