I heard through the grapevine that there were Korean lessons for foreigners in Wonju in a library somewhere, but that's all I've heard.
Anybody know anything more about this? Or any sorts of Korean lessons for foreigners? |

Try this website and see if it works. I really like this website.
As of 5 years ago there was a program near Sukmyung University that taught Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Korean through donations of 1000 or more won per student.
