|
|
I've had a PS3 for about a year now and I would like to add a Korean PSN account to it (some DLC is region coded) . When I type in all the info (in Korean) I can get all the way to the final screen asking for my residents ID. The first part of ID is already written and unchangeable, when I enter the second part it tells me it is an invalid number.
I am aware that foreigners can't register for many online services here. What I would like to do is register the whole account under my wife's name, but I can't get that first part of my resident number to change. How do they even know my resident number? Maybe because I registered the ps3 for warranty purposes?
Does anyone have a workaround for me? Advice? |

The first part is your birthday, which you've likely already entered into the machine. Just find it in your settings and change it to your wife's birthday. |

Worked a treat. Thankee.
So when you try and start a new account the initial screen asks your bday, location, and language. then you go through all the acount name, address, and id screens and finally get to the registration # screen. Problem is when you try and back up to correct something it never lets you get back to that initial screen... You just have to back out to the system menu and start all over again. |
