I need to take a couple courses from a university in the US. To take exams I need a proctor that would need to be approved by them.

Has anyone here had to do this?

Any idea where to find one or how much it would cost?

I should probably call some of the Korean Universities.

You need to find out what guidelines they have for proctoring tests. Usually they have a list of the types of people that can do it for you (I saw someone else post the list awhile back when they needed a proctor). The school will likely have the specifics in terms of what you need to do.
