I have a question of which I have tried to find by surfing this website but I did not seem to get a clear answer.
How do you get fingerprints if you are already in country in Korea?
Do you go through the American embassy?
I am unable to print the fingerprint card pdf file out.
I already have fingerprints through the US Census and through the New York City Department of Education but I have been unable to forward them to the FBI. Any ideas anyone? |
