Hey, can anyone recommend a link or even a specific motel that's pretty nice in the Kyungsung University area of Busan? I'd really like to find one with a jacuzzi tub if possible.

There really isn't much there. I was down there a few weeks ago and it took me about an hour to find two places that happened to be right next to each other. Both were very sketchy. My friends who live there later told me that you really need to go a subway stop or two away to find anything.

She's correct above. You will find most motels one stop away from there, at Daeyeon Station. It's only a 15 minute walk. See map below:
