per month, is this a lot?
I mean, that seems like around 25 british pounds....
Also, I can't get any English channels at all as the menu on the TV is in Korean..........I was told that they show all live English soccer games on the TV, does anyone have any idea what channel that would be on?
It's Man u v Liverpool tomorrow and I don't want to miss it, particularly as it seems that I have paid for the privelage of watching it. |

My cable + internet combined cost less than that. |

little more than normal, but still relatively cheap. check it out see what you're getting, but I wouldn't bother too much about it. |

Sounds about right.
The girlfriend and I pay 36,000 and some change a month for KT's 100 megasuperfastthingy internet. Since our apartment is only 2 years old there was only one option, which was according to the rep, the fastest one possible. |

| That sounds about right. I thought there was another zero in that before I posted, that is why this is a total edit. Yeah, you are fine at 38,000 per month. |

| In Busan, I pay about 48,000 per month. You are getting screwed. As to what you can do about it, I have no idea. You might just have to gets ripped off or have no web at all. Either way, though, that is the wrong rate. Period. |
Are you also paying the wrong rate? Doesn't it grate? The money isn;t enouh to make a difference but it bugs me. |

| Depends on where you live and what company you have. Was paying 52,000 a month with Megapass or whatever it's called in Kangnam and now pay 36,000 a month with Yongsan C&M in Itaewon. Don't think you're being overcharged. |

The Prem will be on SBS sports...can't give you a channel number cos it vairies according to where you live. They will show pretty much every game over the course of Saturday night.
As far as I know, in Korea you have very little control over what channels you receive. Some of my friends in the next Gu over receive BBC news, but I cannot... |

| I pay 40,000 for two digital cable boxes with HD and internet. If you aren't getting something close to that, you're getting ripped off. |

| You're TV cable is really cheap, like 5000 won cheap (might be a little more). As for your internet, basically the longer you sign up the cheaper it is. It looks like you're only signed up for 1 year. Internet fees is roughly in the 30,000 range. |

| I'm paying 34,000 a month for SK light with no cable TV as I don't watch a regular TV when I have an HD monitor. It's supposed to be 100 MB/s, but in reality, 1.6MB/s is the fastest download speed. 1MB/s is quite decent though. It might be faster if I got a new computer as my laptop is a bit old where it bogs a bit on fast paced action parts of 720p video. |
