I'm currently working at a university and paying into the national pension scheme, but in 2008-2009 I worked for a private university and paid into their private pension plan. At the time, I was under the impression that you had to be 'vested' in order to get a refund; however, I've recently been told by colleagues that I'm entitled to a refund...but no one could tell me how to do it.
Can someone tell me how to go about finding my total contribution to the private plan and then getting a refund? Many thanks in advance. |
