Has anyone heard of the Jasujeong Amethyst Cave? Apparently it's full of kitschy, amusing, non-amethyst related things (see here: http://www.jsharrison.com/korea/2006/05/15/the-weirdest-place-in-koreapossibly-the-world/).

I've been interested in visiting this site for a while but I'm not really sure how to get myself there. The Life In Korea page on the cave (http://www.lifeinkorea.com/Travel2/254) only provides driving directions and I don't drive.

I'm asking for directions now because I'm going to Gyeongju next weekend and I think it might be possible to make a day-trip to the cave area from there. I live in Seoul and I don't get down to that end of Korea very often, so does anybody know how I could get there by bus from Gyeongju? Or even from Seoul if I decide to go on a different day instead?

Mentions a free shuttle bus from Eonyang Bus Terminal. But call 1330 and they will tell you for sure how to get anywhere.
