I am thinking of getting an electric heater from Costco does anyone one know the average price they go for there? I am hoping to find one around 50,000 Won |

I'm very happy with the Bionaire brand heater that I bought there. It evenly heats the entire room rather than being one of those directional ones that just burns the hair off your legs but leaves you freezing if you move anywhere else in the room. Mine cost 159,000 won. You might not be happy with one for the price you're thinking of if they have them.
Where I live I have no control of the ondol setting and the ondol here is only warm enough if you're lying on the floor under some blankets. Many Koreans work until bedtime anyway, so maybe that wouldn't be a problem for them. But it is for me. |
