Nachoes? Or mix in some seasonings (dill comes to mind, if you can find it) and you can make a pretty mean chip dip too.

My grandma uses sour cream with fresh, cut peaches or blueberries, adds a load of sugar, and has it as a treat. She prefers it to regular cream and fruit. I've tried it, and while not the healthiest thing out there, it's delicious.
