Called the Labor Board to file a complaint from abroad and they said that I will need a power of attorney document and someone that I designate to act on my behalf. I was wondering though if anyone knew of where I could get one online or has some more information on this? I have looked all over the place and don't really want to go the lawyer route as that would cost me thousands of dollars to do. Any help would be appreciated. |

Just a simple letter, signed and notarized, authorizing someone (by name) to act on your behalf as your representative in the matter before the labor board. Do be aware that the results will be binding, even if they have not acted in your best interests.
If you are IN Korea then a simple letter, signed, sealed and delivered will do.

Much appreciated. This might have saved me thousands. Now time to get all the paperwork in order. |
