I did a search an couldn't find what I needed.

My account here is with Nonghyup bank. I thought I remembered reading here that Nonghyup has online banking and in English. Does anyone have a link or any information to share?

It ONLY works in IE6.
http://banking.nonghyup.com/index.jsp

You can also get information (assuming you are in Korea) from their Translator service at: 1588-2100 ext 730.

You need to sign up for internet service at a local bank first before you can use the site (for anything).

Thanks!
IE6? So it only works with the most virus-ridden browser ever?
Great!

Thanks again. I am seriously thinking of switching banks to one I know offers online and more importantly an international debit card. I know they exist just finding one...

I read here recently KEB is trying to though they occasionally need prodding.

If you haven't figured this out yet... roughly 99% of ALL Korean web sites work on Internet Explorer ONLY.

That's actually incorrect, it works in any version of IE. I'm using IE9 to a cress it perfectly fine.

A lot of banking websites are Windows and IE only because they rely on ActiveX plugins.

You are responding to a post that is 2 years old. Of course their information is going to be out of date.
