No, they cant. I tried there. The guys are nice and even had an ink pad for fingerprinting. But the ink pad was in fact almost dry and since neither one of us had experience the results turned out really bad. We did three fingers and gave up (no details at all on the fingerprints). He sent me to the Community center just down the street, but they had long lines and I don't really know if they could do it either.
I would suggest to go to the Itaewon station and ask them where is the largest police station with a "CSI" department. No joke, that is what it is called. I went to Mapo Police station, but they told me there that Yongsan police station would have been better. The guys in the "CSI" department can take the print like a pro.
Oh, they will keep a copy of your prints. If that's a problem, don't go to a "CSI" department. |
