I heard a rumor that police are no longer forcing all drivers to provide roadside breath samples in Korea. I was told that it has been deemed unconstitutional by the Korean courts. Is there any truth to this story?
Over the past month or so I haven't seen a single checkpoint. |

| Not true in my area of Incheon then (Seo-Gu). I've seen them within the last 2 weeks as you exit the motorway. |
