Right, so are they documented anywhere on the web? Or can I get a hard copy? I'm pretty familiar with them, and I've called immigration multiple times, but there is one issue I want to resolve that has been confirmed with me over the phone with immigration and in person, but I have not seen it written. This issue is affecting how soon I can start my next job, and I would like it taken care of quickly of course.

The issue is, if you have already gotten a FBI background check done THIS YEAR, immigration keeps it on file, no matter how long it's been (for me over 6 months). The idea is, you only submit on FBI background check, and as long as you stay in the country working, even if you switch jobs, you won't have to get a new one. This has been confirmed with me multiple times by English speaking Koreans, but before I go to my new employer with this information only by word-of-mouth, I would like to have it in writing. Can anyone help a brother out?

Do they even have a file or database? I doubt it. They asked me for a new CBC even though I hadn't left the country.
