How is Ulsan for Public School positions currently? Are they all full? I want to go back to teach there in 2011.

I taught there mid 2008 to mid 2009, and found it to be fairly rewarding. What are the thoughts of teachers currently working there? Is Ulsan still an easy place to get a Public School job at? I have an ESL qualification now, too.
