hi all,

if any of the forum experts could advise,

im looking to find a replacement for either 1,2 or 4 weeks. i'm fleixible so will leave that preference up to the job hunter.

im wondering is it standard practice to offer a salary plus a housing payment (or a portion of housing payment if less than 4 weeks) for a 1 week replacement or 2 week replacement or 4 week replacement?
