I'm sure there has been a thread on this before, but I can't seem to find it.

Can anyone recommend a good non-wedding hall location for a summer wedding in Seoul? We've looked at a couple of places on the river that seem nice, but our ideal dates are already booked at one, and the other was too expensive.

Traditional weddings aren't really an option because it's going to be in the summer and it'll be too hot and too much chance of rain.

We were thinking of a restaurant wedding or something like that. Just not a wedding hall.

Any ideas??

I recently got married at Samchong-gak located on bukhan mountain a short cab ride from the beautiful samchong-dong.

Whilst it's not cheap it is a spectacular setting for a wedding, with beautiful mountain scenery all around. If you have to invite loads of guests you should forget it as it ran us close to 85/90 a head. Hwever, if like us you want a more western style wedding where you don't necessarily invite everyone you've ever met then it's a great choice.
