I bought an external hard drive to back up all of my files. I bought it from homeplus. It says it is compatible with Mac OS 10.4 or later. I have Snow Leopard.
However, when I plug it in I cannot copy my files to the hard drive and all the instructions are in Korean. I was able to translate that no installation should be necessary.
Does anyone know how to use this hard drive? |
