I have experience teaching in America.

I was curious, though. Would I have a better chance getting a job with EPIK or GEPIK??

I hear that EPIK isn't hiring as many people as they used to.

Each program maintains a recruitment of about 1500 new teachers each year (1000 in August and ~500 for February starts).

Try for both. Choose the one with the best offer when you get a contract. They are not mutually exclusive.
