Hi there,

We are trying to sell our car, but we live all the way in Jeollanamdo, and we are getting a lot of potential buyers from Seoul - we were wondering if anyone knew if we could get the car out of our name in Jeollanamdo, and then take it to the new buyer, who could then have it registered in Seoul? Would this be possible? I mean, would the buyer HAVE to come to Jeollanamdo for any reason?

If this is possible, how long would the new buyer have to register the car once we have taken it out of our name? how does the insurance work for all this? Any advice would be appreciated!
