I recently saw a notice from immigration sent to the administration of my school regarding the new E-2 visa requirements. At the bottom it had a blurb that HIV test results would no longer be considered in denying a visa or reason for deportation.

Has anyone else seen this?

Yeah, but they'll still deny anyone with HIV positive. They'll make some other excuse. Razz
