Is it possible for a Canadian to get apply to get his pension after leaving Korea for a family emergency?

| I'm sure if you just fill out the paperwork and submit it, then they will wire transfer the money. I simply dropped off the stuff, never spoke to anyone. So if you know someone that could drop it off, that would be the easiest. |
