It's getting cold and I have no winter coat. I will try my regular shop in Itaewon but are there any other good places to look? |

Not sure of any places in Seoul, but if you're willing to look online, alight.com has a lot of really great pieces, and reasonable flatrate shipping to Korea. Highly recommended. |

That's a good idea, but I'm never sure how things will fit me. I really need to try them on. I think ordering will be my last resort if I don't find something in Seoul this weekend. |

You could try Itaewon (near the Hamilton Hotel is a place for foreigners to get clothing, second hand, tailored too)
How bout Dongdaemoon Market?? The only thing is that you have to go before 11am as it is primarily a night market...
good luck ^^ |

You can get one custom-tailored for not too much if it's only wool you're looking for. My friend's a big girl and had the same coat made that I had done, and he didn't charge her more, even though it was silk-lined cashmere. My tailor is the old guy at the Itaewon Plaza shop near the Hamilton Hotel. He speaks great English, and has decent prices. I'm having another coat made there this year. |
