Hello,
My school would like to arrange a field trip to one of the American army bases in Daegu. Does anyone know of how I could arrange that?
Thanks, |

| The obove poster is correct. I think it's a total waste of time. I took kids to Yongsan with their comanders invitation and it was a joke. You wont be allowed to do anything. You can go into a few buildings but can't do anything. It's like taking the kids to a candy store and telling them they can't have any. WHY would you take kids there?? |

| Yeah its an army base so is really not a place for the kiddies to have fun. Not much to see or do. But call the community relations officer anyway they may have some idea that would be interesting. The problem is liability, if a child got injured it would be very bad for the army. |

i did something similar years ago but they let me do some team building games with the kids on site - otherwise i agree, iit would have bored the socks off them.
Just like that episode of the simpsons where they visit the box factory.
Theres a working farm/farmstay just outside of daegu - wouldnt that be more educational/useful?
Its near the pee-nis building place. |
