I'm selling my Sigma 17-70mm zoom lens in order to trade up for another. This is the second generation Sigma 17-70mm lens with optical stabilization (OS) and hypersonic focusing, not the F2.8-4.5 lens that was released a few years ago. It was released earlier this year and I bought it in April for about 575,000 won. It is well-taken care of, and is still in almost-new condition--except a couple of scratches on the lens cap. This lens only works on APS-C sensor cameras--i.e. the Canon Rebel series, xxD series and the 7D and it will NOT work on full frame cameras such as the 5D. It has garnered positive reviews, its construction is solid, and I have no complaints with it--I just want something a little longer. For the person who is looking to upgrade from the kit lens, this great--it has a better focal length range and wider aperture throughout.

Ah, I left out the most important part! I am asking 450,000 won for it. Bought new six months ago for 575,000 won.
