I have a strange problem and I'm not sure what to do, so I'm looking for guidance about this.

When applying for my job I got my documents apostilled and blah blah.

In Australia a document has to be certified by a lawyer before they can be apostilled.

The total cost for the lawyer and apostile stamp was about 200AUD.

Now my company tell me they don't have my documents, and neither does the immigration office. They certainly have not been handed to me.

Should I expect to be reimbursed by the company?

Thanks guys!

Mail any document to a korean at your own risk. They have a habit of losing them. Often it is because when they clear their desk they can't read the english on the docs and they don't know what it is, so they just bin it.

Koreans think that documents are very easy to get. Because in Korea you can replace your degree and get a CRC very easily-within a week for both. They assume it is the same in other countries.
