hey, i'm looking for a new gym in Seoul.
what i really want to do is mostly barbell work. i want to deadlift, squat, press. etc. i'm not interested in all the resistance or cardio machines. i need a squat rack or power rack and a barbell. that's it.
does anyone know of a good gym like this?

Some of the parks and mountains have freewieght equipment for free usage, but you may want heavier than they provde by the sound of it. |

What I do is take 8 latex bands and tie them in a knot over one of the machines in the park at the bottom. I put them over my shoulders and do one-legged squats. Much safer than with a bar. Destroys the legs. Then I take 2 of them and put them around the situp area to do leg curl. Again, destroys the legs with 4 reps 3 sets. Can barely walk after. I gain 2 lbs per month doing this without any injury potential as with machines. FREEEEE too |

Great satire!
You can get a good compund work out though with just squats, dips, pull ups and weighted crunches! |
