why would you buy any clothes in Korea?
massive fail on almost every level (price, style, fit, etc)
that's what vacations are for.. you travel and restock on clothes and shoes as needed (outside of Korea). Of course, stateside is best, but many places in SE Asia will do. |

I recently asked why Korean males prize tight fitting shirts,
"to show off sixpack", was the answer received.
Ergo, to follow the reasoning to its logical extension/conclusion, they are spandex to show off their "package".

I like - prefer - clothes here so far. Cheaper and cooler, more comfortable. |

different strokes for different folks, though no way no how can clothes here compete with say the US, in terms of comfort, options, and price, perhaps it's different in the UK)
I presume you don't wear XL sized tops though, right?
I do, and it's not hip hop/thug wear. Even Korean triple XXX t-shirts are a bit tight around the neck and shoulders. |

I overheard some kids saying "six pack" the other day, and not in reference to beer.
OP: Uniqlo has other underwear that isn't mainly synthetic fabric. But yeah it seems most underwear seems to have a bit of stretch material in them. You can also buy foreign brands on Gmarket (don't know about their authenticity though) or buy online and ship to SK. |

You can get export quality XL and larger in various styles, if you believe you can, and you know where to look.
Theres lots of made for export clothes available thats not hiphop. |

I'm sure that's true, but it's infinitely easier and assuredly much cheaper to simply buy the stuff overseas, especially stateside if you fly back home after renewing your contract. I went to a discount retailer (marshall's) and bought enough stuff to last me several years if need be and this was for pennies on the dollar compared to what I would've payed here, not to mention the aforementioned fit and style aspects. |

i like shopping at uniqlo, the weird thing is that the sizes are different in asian uniqlo stores and american ones. a large in america is HUGE. |
