Does anyone know, with the new E2 visa regulations that have supposedly been postponed for a year, whether university transcripts/diploma supplements (call them what you will) are still required by immigration when applying for a hagwon job?

Does one need to take a set with them when going to the Korean Embassy to apply for the visa stamp? Can anyone who has recently gone through the process confirm or deny the above?

I'm hearing/reading conflicting reports on this matter.

Thanks for any help.
