| Fluoride makes a big difference with all the carbs here. Which toothpaste brands do you like? I tried Arm and Hammer baking soda but could be convinced to switch to another brand that tastes better. |

All toothpaste in Korea sucks in my opinion.
I just bought a lot of extra Colgate and Crest when I was in China and Guam. |

An ex-girlfriend got me hooked on A&H w/ baking soda about 12 years ago. Now, that's all I use and it's great that it's the only American toothpaste I ever see in Korea  When I was young, my mom used to brush my teeth with baking soda and peroxide every so often. It does wonders to keep your teeth white and tarter free. I stand by A&H 100%, haha.
I never understood why people wanted good tasting toothpaste. You don't eat it. If it tasted like worms, ok I understand not putting it in your mouth. But the A&H really isn't that bad, and you get used to it fast. And probably the best toothpaste on the market to keep your teeth clean and healthy. Remember, that is the goal in the first place  |

| On the opposite end of the scale, could someone recommend a brand in Korea that doesn't have fluoride? |

Yeah, the arm & hammer stuff is great. Bright orange packet for anyone looking for it. Try Homeplus as they often have multi value packs of it. |

| Funny, I'm also picky about toothpaste and Colgate is the one brand I make it a point to stock up on from back home or I hunt the blackmarkets for. Since I've used up much of my stock, I've recently used "Chuk-yeop" bamboo salt tooth paste which I think is pretty good. Couldn't tell ya about any floride in it tho. |
