Cool! I remember looking into opening a Jamba Juice several years ago. They require that you open three stores at a time because they didn't want to deal with small time investors. If this is still necessary for international franchisees then we could see a couple more pop up in the coming months. |

spc for those who don't know are the people who bring you
paris baguette, baskin robbins, dunkin donuts etc. they hold the franchise rights on those brands and some others.
so I guess we will see A LOT of jamba juice opening before summer. |

I love Jamba Juice. What they call smoothies here are more like a Slurpee. The last time I had one they were about $4 a piece. I can imagine they will be around 5,000 here. |

Ooh. I practically lived off of Jamba Juice for most of a year when I was commuting into downtown Minneapolis for work from the suburbs, and never seemed to have the time to pack a proper lunch. A good smoothie (sometimes with the protein supplement) would get me through my day.
I lost a ton of weight on that diet, though I'm sure it wasn't super healthy (lots of sugar). Still, better than McD's! |

I like Jamba Juice so much, that if one opened in my area, I'd probably ditch the low-carb diet and go back on the smoothie diet!
(Seriously, those are some dang tasty smoothies!) |

But they changed the name to something else about 5 - 6 years ago. |
