|
|
Last year I took my kids to the Taebaek snow festival and it was a disappointment, not just because there was no snow but because you had to wait in line for 20 mins just to go down a hill of artificial snow.
I want to take them sledding. I need a good hill and lots of snow.
So I am asking the teachers of Korea to look out for one. I really don't care where you live, I will make the trek to give my kids a couple of good days of tobogganing.
So if you know of a good sledding hill with lots of snow then send me a pm. Relatively safe...kids are 10 and 8...not too many trees...no cliff at the end...or highway...
I live in Incheon, so I hope to find one fairly close by, but I road the bus for almost 4 hours to go to Taebaek, so I am willing to travel.
Any and all help would be appreciated. If any other parents want to join in then we could make it a 'thing' but right now I just want to toboggan....it's not just for the kids... |

도봉산
it can be a rocky ride but plenty of thrills (and spills) guaranteed!
ps: where do you buy a sled in Korea? |
