There is some US Army Garrison in Yongsan that does fingerprinting? Just wanted to know if any of these places are open on Saturday or Sundays, or is everything just M-F 9-5? Need a Korean criminal check also, so question applies to Korean police stations as well (preferably English speaking ones)
