Hello everyone.
As tends to be the case, visa regulations have changed once again. However, this time, it's good news. Here's the information I just received from SMOE (directly quoted):
Immigration will delay their new E2 regulations until 2012.
Starting 2012, Immigration will take Federal apostilled CRC and copy of diploma apostilled for visa renewals.
If you are already started on the Federal CRC apostilled, don't worry and you can turn them in early and not worry about it in the future.
This has been a big mess but Immigration is going to be delaying it for a year. |

| People on here tend to be very skeptical, so I just want to say that I received the same info as the OP. It's no longer "hearsay." Cheers for sharing OP. Since my CBC is in process, I will just complete the process. |
